2026 Highlands Running Festival Promotion

1. The Promoter

1.1 The promoter is everyday better Pty Ltd.

2. The Offer

2.1 The "2026 Highlands Running Festival Promotion" (the Promotion) entitles eligible individuals to 50% off the first seven (7) days of an everyday better+ club membership.

2.2 The standard Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for this membership is $99.00 per week plus payment processing fees. Under this Promotion, the first week is priced at $49.50 plus payment processing fees.

2.3 Following the conclusion of the first seven (7) days, the membership will automatically transition to the standard weekly rate of $99.00 plus applicable payment processing fees, unless terminated in accordance with the everyday better Pty Ltd Membership Agreement.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is available to registered participants, volunteers, and official attendees of the 2026 Highlands Running Festival.

3.2 This offer is limited to new members only.

3.3 Participants must be aged 18 years or over.

4. Redemption and Consultation

4.1 To claim, individuals must submit the official registration form via the promotional QR code or landing page.

4.2 Mandatory Consultation: All redemptions are subject to a brief introductory consultation (via phone or in-person) with a representative of everyday better Pty Ltd.

4.3 A unique promotional code will be issued following the consultation for use during digital sign-up.

5. Validity and Limitations

5.1 Expiry: This offer must be claimed (form submitted) within 30 days of the 2026 Highlands Running Festival.

5.2 This Promotion applies strictly to the everyday better+ club membership and cannot be applied to other membership tiers or retail products. 5.3 Only one (1) promotional code per person.

6. General

6.1 Prior to accessing any facilities, individuals must complete a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire and sign the everyday better Pty Ltd Liability Waiver.

6.2 everyday better Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at any time.
