Terms and Conditions:

Birthday Referral Challenge (May 2026)

1. The Promoter The promoter is everyday better Pty Ltd (ABN: 57 676 365 450), located in New South Wales.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is open to all current, active members of everyday better.
2.2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
2.3. Employees and directly contracted staff of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period The promotion commences on May 1, 2026, and concludes on May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM AEST (the "Promotional Period").

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, an existing member (the "Referrer") must successfully refer a new, paying member (the "Referred Member") to everyday better during the Promotional Period.
4.2. The Referred Member must explicitly name the Referrer at the time of their initial sign-up. Retrospective referrals will not be accepted.
4.3. There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make.

5. Prizes & Conditions

5.1. 1st Prize: One (1) year of complimentary everyday better membership. This prize will be applied to the winning member's current subscription tier.
5.2. 2nd Prize: One (1) overnight stay at Osborn House, Bundanoon.
5.3. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.4. Any incidental costs associated with claiming or utilizing the prizes (such as travel to Osborn House, meals, or additional services) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5.5. 90-Day Retention Condition: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, revoke, or cancel the complimentary membership prize if the winning Referrer's Referred Members do not maintain an active, paying membership for a minimum of ninety (90) consecutive days from their initial date of sign-up.

6. Determination of Winners

6.1. The 1st Prize will be awarded to the Referrer with the highest total number of referrals at the end of the Promotional Period.
6.2. The 2nd Prize will be awarded to the Referrer with the second-highest total number of referrals.
6.3. Tie-Breaker: In the event of a tie between two or more Referrers for either prize, the winner will be determined by a random draw conducted by everyday better Pty Ltd.

7. Notification of Winners

7.1. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the Promotional Period.

8. General Conditions

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
8.3. By participating in this referral challenge, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
