Code of Conduct
1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behaviour of all members, staff, and visitors at everyday better+ premises and during everyday better+ activities. Its purpose is to foster a safe, respectful, inclusive, and positive environment that supports the health and well-being of everyone.
2. Core Values
Our Code of Conduct is guided by the core values of everyday better+:

3. Expected Conduct
3.1. Respect and Inclusivity
Treat all individuals with dignity, respect, and courtesy, regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, ability, or any other characteristic.
Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or offensive behaviour, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or online conduct.
Use inclusive language and be mindful of how your words and actions may affect others.
Respect individual differences in fitness levels, goals, and approaches to wellness.
3.2. Safety and Well-being
Prioritise your own safety and the safety of others.
Use equipment and facilities responsibly and according to instructions.
Report any safety concerns or hazards to staff immediately.
Be mindful of your physical limitations and avoid pushing yourself beyond your capacity.
Respect the need for rest and recovery and do not pressure others to overexert themselves.
3.3. Integrity and Honesty
Act with honesty and integrity in all interactions with staff and other members.
Be truthful in your representation of your health status and fitness level.
Respect the property of everyday better+ and other members.
3.4. Community and Support
Foster a supportive and encouraging environment.
Offer assistance and encouragement to others when appropriate.
Celebrate achievements and milestones, both individually and collectively.
Resolve conflicts constructively and respectfully.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, or violence.
Theft or damage to property.
Use of illegal substances or performance-enhancing drugs.
Inappropriate sexual behaviour.
Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour that interferes with the enjoyment of others.
Any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of membership or employment.
everyday better+ management will investigate any reported violations and take appropriate action.
6. Reporting Concerns
Any concerns or violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to everyday better+ staff or management immediately.
All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
